Leisure Locker 2 is rotomolded of HDPE (high-density polyethylene). Rotational molding is a time-consuming process, but yields a more-than-adequate wall thickness.

The Leisure Locker 2 seat top is manufactured with a two-wall construction process commonly referred to as "kiss-offs," where the two walls meet at strategically located points. This design feature produces a part of tremendous strength that will not sag or distort in the heat. The HDPE used for Leisure Locker 2 is UV-stabilized for years of service in the sun.
