LEISURE LOCKER 2 LIMITED WARRANTY
Byron Originals warrants to you (the Original Retail Purchaser) that, for the stated Warranty Term, Byron Originals will repair or replace any part of the Leisure Locker 2 Settee which is defective in material or workmanship. It is important that you report any defects as soon as they are detected. Please write:

After notification, you may be asked to return the Leisure Locker 2 to Byron Originals for inspection. If you are requested to return the Leisure Locker 2 to Byron Originals, you will be responsible for the cost of such transportation. Byron Originals, after repair or replacement, will pay the cost of return shipping to you. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED TO YOU BY BYRON ORIGINALS.

Warranty Term Leisure Locker 2 is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years from date of purchase by the Original Retail Purchaser.

Limitations and Exclusions The following reduce Byron Originals responsibility under this warranty:

Implied Warranties: Byron Originals makes no implied warranties (warranties the law sometimes implies to have been given by the seller even though they are not described in writing) of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

Proof of Purchase: Since the date of the original retail purchase establishes the start of the Warranty Term, proof of purchase by the Original Retail Purchaser is required for Warranty Consideration.

Commercial Use: This warranty is in effect only when Leisure Locker or Leisure Locker 2 have been purchased for private use. Commercial use is not covered under this warranty.

Improper Use and Care: Instructions packaged with Leisure Locker and Leisure Locker 2 outline proper methods of cleaning and methods of cleaning to be avoided. Failure to follow these recommendations will void your warranty.

Accidents, Abuse and Normal Wear: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear or accidents. Examples of accidental and abusive damage include, but are not limited to the following:
• Use of abrasive or unapproved cleaners which could cause surface damage.
• Nicking Closure Cylinder will cause damage to rod seal and shorten life of cylinder.
• Cutting, abuse or removal of Limit Cable will cause overextension of Leisure Locker Seat and will damage Cylinder.
• Sitting or Bouncing on the Seat Back when the Locker is open could cause premature damage to the Limit Cable, Closure Cylinder and Hinge Pins.
• Overloading the storage volume capacity of Leisure Locker to the point of overflowing, could cause damage to the Hinges and/or Closure Cylinder when closing is attempted.

Consequential Damages: Byron Originals will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage other than to Leisure Locker or Leisure Locker 2, that may result from a defect in materials or workmanship. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above mentioned limitation may not apply to you.)

Your Warranty Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Except for such other rights, the remedies provided under this warranty state the limit of Byron Originals’ responsibilities.

LEISURE LOCKER AND LEISURE LOCKER 2 CASUAL CUSHIONS LIMITED WARRANTY
Byron Originals warrants to you (the Original Retail Purchaser) that, for the stated Warranty Term, Byron Originals will repair or replace any part of the Leisure Locker or Leisure Locker 2 cushion, which is defective in material or workmanship. It is important that you report to the Retailer, from whom you purchased the Leisure Locker or Leisure Locker 2 cushion, any defects as soon as they are detected. If it is impractical to report any defects to the Retailer, write:

After notification, you may be asked to return the cushion to the Retailer from whom it was purchased or to ship it back to Byron Originals for inspection. If you are requested to return the cushion to Byron Originals, you will be responsible for the cost of such transportation. Byron Originals, after repair or replacement, will pay the cost of return shipping to you or the Retailer, from whom you purchased cushion. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED TO YOU BY BYRON ORIGINALS.

Sunbrella Fabric is warranted to be free of defects in material for a period of 3 years from date of purchase by the Original Retail Purchaser.

• Failure to properly dry the cushion when it becomes wet could cause premature weakening of the material or stitching.

Consequential Damages Byron Originals will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage other than to Leisure Locker or Leisure Locker 2 cushions, that may result from a defect in materials or workmanship. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above mentioned limitation may not apply to you.)
